The pulse of your society — built privacy-first, funded by societies, never by ads.
We build software for the place people call home. That changes what you are allowed to do with their data — and how the product should feel to use.
Nobody should need a manual to report a leaking tap or book the clubhouse. Residents simply ask, in their own words, on the app or on WhatsApp — the assistant understands and acts.
Who visits you, what you complain about, when you come and go — that is not advertising inventory. No ads, no data brokers, no profiling. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access separated by role.
Designed around how societies here actually work — WhatsApp as the default channel, volunteer committee members, gate registers, maintenance dues and receipts, and a facility team that is on its feet, not at a desk.
Our only revenue is the subscription your society pays. That keeps our incentives pointed at one thing — keeping you happy enough to renew — for less than a cup of chai per home each month.
Rs. 30 / home / monthSocioPlex is a premium AI platform for residential societies. We build one thing and try to build it properly: software that takes the daily grind out of running a society — for the residents who live in it, the committee members who volunteer to manage it, and the facility team who keep it running.
We are a product company, not an advertising company. Societies pay us a subscription, and that is the whole business model. It is a deliberate choice, and everything else on this page follows from it.
Most societies already run on a patchwork: a WhatsApp group that scrolls past 200 messages a day, a paper register at the gate, a maintenance spreadsheet on one person's laptop, and a notice board nobody reads. It works, until it doesn't. Complaints get lost in a group chat. The one person who knows the good plumber's number moves out. A committee changes and half the institutional memory leaves with it.
None of that is a technology problem waiting for another app with more menus. It is a communication problem. So we started from the conversation — the thing residents are already comfortable with — and put a capable assistant behind it, backed by a proper system of record for the committee and the staff.
A resident asks a question the way they would ask a neighbour, and the assistant does the work — on the app or over WhatsApp, in the language they are comfortable with:
See the features and AI assistant in more detail on the homepage.
A society is not one audience, so SocioPlex is not one screen:
Each application authenticates separately, so access to one never quietly becomes access to another.
A few principles we hold to, because they are easier to keep than to retrofit:
The technical detail is on our Security page.
Societies pay a subscription — around Rs. 30 per home, per month. That is the entire model. We do not sell advertising, we do not rent your data to brokers, and we do not run third-party trackers that profile your residents.
A "free" community app is rarely free; it is usually paid for with the residents' data. We would rather charge less than a cup of chai per home and owe our answers to you.
Commitments only matter if they are written down where you can point at them. Ours are: privacy first by design, no ads ever, zero data sharing, and pricing without fine print. They are set out in full in Our Privacy Pledge, alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If we ever fall short of them, tell us — we want to know, and we will fix it.
Curious whether SocioPlex fits your society, or want to see it running before you decide? We are happy to walk you through it.
